Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967, in Atlanta. Roberts is part of four generations of the Robertses who reside in the Atlanta area beginning with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. Her father was the first interest to stage. When he was a student at Emory University he appeared in diverse productions, both at and off campus. In 1953, when he joined the Air Force, he appeared alongside Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. They got married in 2005, and had their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter as well as his spouse left the Air Force in the year 1957 and enrolled Walter at Tulane University. The family relocated in 1960 to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working for Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter along with Betty Lou began producing a children's TV show in Georgia, Decatur called Bum Bum and His Buddies. The production was funded by the couple themselves. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou established The Actors and Writers Workshop. It ran for 6 years. They were blessed with two additional youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965, as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
